Warm Power Vinyasa will leave you sweating, strengthened and stretched in areas you didn't know existed.
Gentle Basics
This class is designed for those new to yoga or looking to explore a strong foundation of postural alignment with connection to breath. Gentle Basics moves at a manageable pace, allowing for special attention to learn alignment principles so you can progress safely through your unique yoga practice. Strength and flexibility are not required but gained through a consistent yoga practice. This class is a great foundational start to developing a yoga practice.
Restorative Yoga
This class is designed for those looking to therapeutically heal through the use of yoga and leave the class more rejuvenated then taking a nap. In a Restorative yoga class blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps bring the ground closer, allowing your spine to be aligned and pelvis neutral. When the body is aligned and neutral, it is in a restored or balanced state where a student is more prone to leave with a relaxed nervous system, calm mind and revived body. In Restorative yoga each posture is held 3 to 15 minutes to experience the benefit of each pose without exerting effort. This class is a great foundation start to developing a yoga practice or for the experienced practitioner seeking a different approach.
Warm Power Stretch*
The room heat begins around 88 degrees and caps at 95 degrees, while the humidity ranges between 20-40 percent. This class is designed to take the powerful, slow, mindful approach to yoga stretch while utilizing the high heat and humidity. Start with flowing, active movements, followed by more passive poses held anywhere from 5-7 breaths. Movement followed by longer holds allow for postural alignment while simultaneously delving into connective tissue. Longer holds in passive postures also help to create mental fortitude and emotional stability under intensity. Warm Power Stretch allows for exploring the depths of strength, flexibility, and breath, while creating restoration and relaxation for the major muscle groups and the nervous system. This class is great for athletes, those using yoga to cross-train with other activities or those with a habitual-active lifestyle.

Full Moon Yoga Meditation
Join Tania Tipene as she leads a full moon yoga meditation. Get informed about the month to come and set an intention to follow. Enjoy a gentle, non-complicated stretch as Tania plays the Tibetan meditation singing bowls. The singing bowls produce sounds and vibrations which invoke a deep state of relaxation, naturally entering into meditation. In addition to the traditional usage for meditation, Tibetan singing bowls are used for deep relaxation, stress reduction, holistic healing, chakra balancing and World music. The tones set up a 'frequency following response' that creates a balancing left/right brain synchronization. Meditating on the subtle sounds of the Tibetan singing bowl tunes one into the universal sound within and without. This class is suitable for everyBODY.
* The room is heated by the use of 4 infrared heaters. See FAQ page, Yoga Classes Q&A for more information on the infrared heaters.
** If you want to come but do not have a partner, don't worry and don't be shy. A partner can be found whether it is a teacher or another student looking for the same opportunity.
